(( Each team I met, had of a lot experience and feedback to share. I look forward to reading all the lessons and recommendations in the report from you. Documenting these lessons will continue to support the learning and improvement of our processes for the people of Yemen.

I had a chance also to see the various platforms utilized for monitoring, the field monitoring call Centre, documents developed,  including videos and call Centre to ensure the quality of the work. I was very impressed with the ECT specific section, expansion and improvement of the investigation team and the processes put in place.
