consulting for international and local clients, including international and local non-profit organisations. He
specialises in providing statutory audit and tax services to companies, including manufacturing industries, nonprofit-organizations, banks and service industries. He has worked in several companies in Yemen, where he was
responsible for the auditing, accounting and reviewing of the internal control of operations and advising on
internal control systems. He is also a tax expert and has extensive experience advising local companies, branches of
international companies operating in Yemen with regional and multi-regional projects on tax issues.
